Usage: 

– Option 1: Stir-fried rice vermicelli: Soak rice vermicelli into water for about 30-40 minutes, take out them drain off. Used to fry with vegetables, seafood, meat and spices (optional).

– Option 2: Rice vermicelli soup & Dried rice vermicelli: Soak rice vermicelli into boiling water for 6-8 minutes, take out, flush with water and then drain off. Use as fresh rice vermicelli: served with spring rolls, hot pot or broth.
