Usage:
1. Soak rice vermicelli in water about 15 minutes.
2. Then cook rice vermicelli in boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
3. Take rice vermicelli out and flush by fresh water for 20 seconds.
4. The fresh rice vermicelli now can be used with broth or can be rolled with rice paper, or other available dishes.
