1. Soak rice vermicelli in cold water for about 30 minutes, then drain.
2. Cook rice vermicelli into boiling water for about 8-10 minutes.
3. Drain and rinse under cool water.
4. Rice vermicelli now can be used with broth and seasoning, meat, vegetable as preferred.
